For ready-made wigs, orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may take 7-10 business days to create before they are shipped.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping times may vary depending on your location.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier's site.

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unworn wigs within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please review our return policy for more details.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, changes may not be possible, especially for custom orders.
