Return policy

At  Chocolate Luxury, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Wigs must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Wigs that have been worn, altered, or have had the lace cut or tinted are not eligible for return.

  • All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at service@cluxuryy.com  to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made wigs.

  • Wigs that have been worn, have had the lace cut, or have been tinted.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your wig for a different style, color, or length, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The exchanged item must meet the same return eligibility criteria.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
